My recent stay was marred by dirty rooms and poor service. Check-in felt unwelcoming due to absent staff, and when I asked for fresh linens, the replacements were just as bad. Breakfast was confusing and underwhelming. I won't be returning anytime soon.

I stayed for a week in a King Room. The room had a comfy bed and was generally clean, which is a plus. But honestly, it smelled pretty bad, and the carpet looked like it needed some serious help. No breakfast either, which was a bummer. Some repairs were clearly needed in the room. The place didn't feel super welcoming with carpet rolls just sitting around. If you’re after a quick meal, Mountaineer Grill & Pub is just a hop away and totally worth it for their hot dogs! Plus, the room had a great layout and the staff tried to be helpful, albeit a bit slow on the draw. The location is killer, with plenty of local eats nearby for late-night cravings.

the room we stayed in at super 8 was clean and comfortable. it’s also close to some nice places for food, which was great for late-night snacks. the property provides various recreational opportunities that kept us entertained during our stay.

Just a decent option for a quick break in Martinsburg, great for the money. The staff was really friendly and I loved the complimentary breakfast each morning. Check out the fast food right across the street for late-night snacks!

The stay was comfortable overall, with friendly owners and clean rooms. However, the space needed some dusting, and renovation noise was quite disruptive. Despite the inconveniences, the location was convenient, and it felt safe being near the State Police station.
